What is the warranty on my WUSH?

How long does it take to fully charge the WUSH?

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge your WUSH unit. The charge should last for days when charged up properly. If you believe your WUSH is not holding its charge properly, please reach out to our customer service at support@blackwolfnation.

HELP! My WUSH isn’t holding a charge… what should I do?

If your WUSH isn't holding a charge, first make sure that it's fully plugged in for 10-15 minutes. One of the three lights will blink blue. If the light is on but the charge still doesn't last, try resetting the unit by unplugging it for a few minute

Will a WUSH device give me an ear infection?

The nozzle is designed to spray water around the perimeter of the ear canal. Please make sure to read the instruction manual for proper use of this device. If you are a person that gets constant ear infections, please consult with your doctor before

Do I need to charge my WUSH before it's first use?

Yes! Please charge the device until all 3 LED lights are no longer blinking.

Does the WUSH really work?

Will the WUSH just push wax deeper in my ear?

It’s the opposite! WUSH safely and effectively rinses out wax with a gentle, massaging triple-spray of water unlike a cotton swab that pushes wax in potentially compacting it further!

Will the WUSH leave water in my ears?

WUSH safely and effectively removes wax with a gentle massaging triple spray of water that is directed not down the middle but at the sides of the ear canal, allowing excess water and wax to be flushed from the ear.

Can the WUSH be used on pets and/or children?

No, please do not use the WUSH on pets, or children under the age of 15.

Will the WUSH help with tinnitus?

Ouch, sorry to hear about the tinnitus. Please consult your physician before use if you have any pre-existing ear condition.

What type of water do I need to use in my WUSH device?

Our WUSH devices require warm, clean, drinkable water. No special water or saline solution is required.

What type of wall adapter do I need for my device?

A USB wall plug is required to charge your Black Wolf device straight from the socket. Otherwise you can charge your device through a USB port via a computer or adapter.

Do I need to register my WUSH for warranty?

Nope! We do not register devices for warranty. If purchased in-store, hold onto your receipt or snap a photo of your receipt so that we know when you purchased your device if any issues arise.
