We can't change what's inside your order once it's placed. But, if you accidentally entered the wrong address, there might still be hope!
Just email us as soon as possible after your purchase, and we'll see if we can fix it for you. Keep in mind, though, our warehouse is QUICK and orders normally start processing within a few hours after you submit it! If your order is already processed, we won't be able to make any address changes.
To reach us, simply email our support email with "Address Change" in the subject line, and don't forget to include your order number. If your package ends up going to the wrong address due to an error on your end, we unfortunately can't take responsibility for that.

The magic begins at our secret warehouse in an undisclosed location (it’s in Florida, shhhh). If you order before 12pm EST, we’ll pack it that day. Anything received after 12pm EST, we’ve got you the very next day. We don’t wait around, because you need this product in your life.
And we’ll keep you posted – you’ll receive notification emails, including one with a tracking number, as soon as your order ships.
Occasionally, a carrier takes one or two business days to register a shipment status, which can be confusing, BUT you should start to see tracking information kick in soon. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, shoot an email to [email protected] and we’ll happily look into it.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico does tend to take a little bit longer than usual. Expect your order to arrive in 5-7 business days. Sure, it’s a longer wait, but you can do it! We believe in you!

If you got a confirmation saying your package has been delivered, but you can't find it anywhere, don't panic just yet! There's a good chance it might get delivered within the next 24 hours. Sometimes the delivery companies mark it as delivered when they're in the vicinity, so it could be on its way. Give it a day, and hopefully, it'll show up at your doorstep. If it's been a full 24 hours and there's still no sign of it, shoot us an email, and we'll jump right in to investigate the situation for you.

Did you know there are two types of acne? And one of them is far more difficult to deal with than the other? What the F, right? That’s like finding out there are two different ways to get kicked in the balls. The first and most common type of acne is called acne vulgaris. That’s the name for your garden-variety whiteheads and blackheads caused by clogged pores and dead skin cells. Activated charcoal, or activated carbon, has been used for over a century and is one of the most common and most essential medicinal substances on the planet. Grilling Season?
Now before you head to your local big box to pick up a value-sized bag of Kingsford Charcoal Briquets to rub on your face later, there's something you should know. That type of charcoal is not activated charcoal. And it's got some rather unpleasant additives that you don't want on your skin. So, you know, don’t.
It's All About Surface Area
Regular charcoal, like the charred remains of a bonfire, has natural ridges that give it more surface area than you might otherwise suspect. But really, it's just a lump of carbon. Charcoal that has been activated, however, has thousands and thousands of tiny holes in its surface, exponentially increasing the available surface area to around 3000 square meters per gram. We're not charcoal scientists, but it's safe to say that unless you've made billions off cat videos, a single gram of activated charcoal has vastly more surface area than the inside of wherever it is you call home.
And that additional surface area is what makes activated charcoal such a champ. Charcoal's ability to detoxify is powered by a process called 'adsorption.' Unlike 'absorption' which is limited by how much toxin can be dissolved by volume, adsorption binds those nasty molecules to the surface. The greater the surface area, the greater the capacity to cleanse. Science wins again.

Great question! Because our Sonic Scrubber head is made of silicone, it never needs to be replaced, and is not interchangeable! With proper care and use it should last for years. If it’s starting to look funky with soap build up, just dump the bristles in clean warm water, turn the device on and clean the bristles with your fingers.
If your sonic scrubber isn't holding a charge, first make sure that it's fully plugged in and that the charging indicator light is on (yellow light) If the light is on but the charge still doesn't last, try resetting the unit by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
